We always try our best to surpass your expectations. But if you are not satisfied with the final product, you will not be charged anything. You will be entitled to a 100% refund of the fees paid.
You can obtain a 100% refund under the following circumstances:
1) If you are not satisfied with our service, provide us with valid reasons for your displeasure with the final product. This could include that the order was not completed according to the specifications, the timeline was not met, or the quality of the email failed to pass Email on Acid or Litmus. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for integration with your ESP or CRM unless we have specifically agreed to be responsible. Your request for a refund should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org and should reference the project and include your reasons for requesting a refund. Refunds will be credited to the account that payment was made from.
2) If work on the order has not begun you can cancel and receive a refund. Order cancellations can be initiated by either the customer or by us as long as work has not begun. The entire amount paid will be refunded via the card, bank, or PayPal account used for payment.
If an order is refunded or terminated, you abandon any rights to the final product, including HTML code and/or design. You may not use any part of the product for official or unofficial purposes.
Refunds are not available for post-delivery changes.
Refunds are not available for non-template projects, such as strategies.
